Parnell Rd Project: Apartment block Re-clad
In a recent 4.5 million dollar project, we were tasked with recladding and refurbishing ten apartments situated in two blocks in Parnell. Our team worked in conjunction with the Body-Corporate of apartment owners in all plans and discussions, as well as consultations with architects and engineers. Our site upheld and followed all safety standards and site requirements, all while continuing to allow tenants to remain on-site and maintain a private, comfortable living space. Throughout this 18 month project, these apartments underwent major alterations; the original plaster cladding was replaced with Nuwall; new roofs and internal gutters were installed; and all internal decks were rebuilt. In addition to this, we also refurbished/renovated each of the apartments to the specifications of each apartment owner. Extra building labour was also hired to help achieve the desired timeframe and deadlines. Overall, our clients were very happy with both the quality of the work as well as the hardworking and friendly work ethic of our team.
