Colin, Teresa and I would like to thank you and the Modus team for your commitment to our new build at 82 Mellons Bay Road, Howick.
As owner/occupiers this was our fourth high quality new build. The first two in Point View Drive and Compass Point Way we project managed ourselves, the third our beach house in the Bay of Islands, and this probably our final one.
We are not builders, but those experiences taught us that it takes a skilled team working with the owners through the inevitable ups and downs of a project to bring about a successful result.
You are fortunate to have a star in Carl Bracewell, as we were to have him running our job. He has excellent planning and execution skills and he and the boys worked through any challenges in a calm and considered way with ourselves and all the associated trades.
We would be happy to recommend Modus to anyone seeking a high quality outcome for their building project.
