In March 2016, Programmed Property Services and Programmed Skilled Workforce had to relocate to our new premises in Mt Wellington. We engaged Colin Bird from Modus Construction to undertake the office fit-out that we required. The project required a number of individual elements from the different divisional teams within Programmed and within a very short project time-line. Colin was fantastic in bringing all of these factors together as the lead Project Manager. He was instrumental in coordinating the other sub-trades required to complete the office fit-out. He reported back to the
Programmed Project team in a timely manner on the process of project along with the financial reports. Colin’s can-do attitude, consultative approach and ease of contact, made for a successful office fit-out for Programmed that was completed on time, allowing a smooth office relocation for us. I would recommend Colin and the Modus Construction team to undertake any kind of office fit-out and/or refurbishment work.
